I use a ft Ethernet cable to ensure the best possible speed on my 50 MBPS Internet, and I plug that Ethernet cable into my computer and get the expected 50 MBPS download 5 MBPS upload, but when I plug that cord into my ps4 I get Mbps download and less then 1 Mbps upload.
